We were looking for a professional live in carer in Oxford since March 2018.

We have approached many companies but we were told that the live in carers in Oxford can only cover for 3 weeks and after that another carer would be provided.

We did not like this idea because our mother suffers from Dementia.

From our previous experience with the NHS we knew that having a different carer every 3 weeks would not work for our Mum.

When we approached Monroe Medical we were impressed by a friendly and professional attitude.

Monroe Medical sent its representative – HCPC Registered Physio to provide an assessment.

This type of assessment in relation to live in care in Oxford was very much appreciated.

The carer who works with my Mum – Jennifer – comes from Ireland. She is here with us since May 2018 and she takes holiday twice a year and she remains with us for the rest of the year.

This live in care service in Oxford works very well.
